is the souveran on sale at any online stores right now?? i looked at autopia and seemed to be regular price... 69

thanx

It's 25% off at the Autopia store right now. You just need to put "pinnacle" in the coupon code box.

Well, call me crazy or just an idiot with a giant hole burning in my wallet. After all the debating, I decided to take the dive and get Souveran paste. I wound up getting a can from Autopian and the Pinnacle Special over at Autogeek (Can of paste, Crystal Mist & Cobra MF). JDookie, please tell me I'm going to like the results!!! I just blew $130 on what is essentially 16 oz.'s of wax paste!

Best carnuba wax I have ever used. Easy on and easy off and an unbelievable look. Definetly worth it.

That being said I thought that I got just as wet and 3 dimensional look from Z2 Pro with better durability on my black vette.

In a word, yes. Especially on a black, red, dark blue, or other dark colored car.

If you haven't tried it before and you've tried all the others, I say give it a try most definitely. You'll be impressed! :xyxthumbs

From what I recall, you can probably eek out about 30 some odd applications out of an 8 oz jar...break it down and it's like $2 per application....I spend about $2/day on coffee...(Note to self, stop drinking coffee).

Does this make you feel better ? ;)

It's all in how you look at it...not to mention you'll be like :shocked after your first application.

Got Z5 & Z2Pro too. Put in on my mom's E320. Definitely very glossy. I liked it a lot, but my main purpose for putting it on her car was durability. With her car out of the polishing equation, I can devote more time to my car!:)

My car is black with metallic blue flakes. Is it still considered black?:)

I have the same TL you do with the Nighthawk black pearl. I have put both the Ps21 on it and the Souvrain. The souvrain is worth it in my opinion. To me there was is a perciptable difference and it really brought out the metal flake. here it is on 2 of my cars:

Saddly the car was destroyed about a month after this picture was taken I have replaced it with the same car but have not finished detailing it yet

Cool TL. I have a 2002 TL-S. Same color. I'm aspiring towards the look you got with yours. Sorry to hear about your accident. Real shame. At least it wasn't the Supra. Much harder to replace!:D

yes I replaced the acura already it jsut needs some polishing as the dealer screwed it up Thanks for the kind words I really do like the souvrain

Are the blue flakes more noticable with Souveran or P21s? Also, can you describe the looks of Soveran and P21s on the Acura? I also have S100 and I figure it would look just like P21s.

The souvrain just looks wetter and deeper red or black. I was sceptical but it is really a noticable difference. The flakes depend more on the light then the wax. From what I have read here there is not to much if any difference in S100 v PS21 except the price.

I've noticed that too. I only see the blue flakes when the sun is out and then only at certain angles. I pretty much consider my car black, but it is neat to see the blue flakes every now and then when the sun is out!:xyxthumbs
