Congrats on the new space Barry--looks awesome!
I am sure you have all sorts of things going through your mind, it never stops!
As you might remember, I moved into a similar set up last year. A few thoughts...
Definitely epoxy or seal the floor--really cuts down on dust and helps your lighting IMO.
Are the drains connected to the sanitary drain with grease traps? If not, at least in my area, it's not code...
How are you going to separate the wash bay from the detail bay? We used a curtain and it has been wonderful (will post a pic for you tomorrow). This *will* raise the humidity in the shop, so plan on an exhaust fan near the bay, or a dehumidifier.
washer/dryer hook up?
Spent * a lot* on lighting, but I am sure you have this figured out. If you go metal halide be aware of the utility cost as well as the heat they create. We have 10 1000w, plus 4 475w as well a regular fluorescent bulbs and it gets hot fast.
Just some random thoughts....
One more..if you epoxy the floors, BUY A FLOOR SCRUBBER! It's the best machine I ever bought--love it.
