No build sheet needed, Hondas have their paint code on a label on the driver door pillar. There are a bunch of reds offered on 98 Honda/Acuras; for entertainment, you can look at the color code list through here: www.autovisuals.com/paintcode.asp . The color is R-81 I think, Milano Red.

I have a 2004 TSX, which I have seen in Milano Red (although mine is not). Based on discussions on TSX boards, Milano Red is a paint combination of a red metallic base coat, with a tinted "clear" coat.
