Wait a year or so and the with the rebates they will nearly be paying you to take one! I think the 300 is a fad car that will pass quickly just like some of their other trendy cars.

It's is a nice post. Just as pointless as some of the other oppions of the 300.

Not to mention, the same thing has happened to escalades and navigators in my area -- I think I can count on one hand the number of them I've seen without dubs and being driven by middle-aged business people (who the trucks are really marketed at, or so I'm thinking.)

Accumulator said:Heh heh, I'm sure you didn't intend that to imply that my 9C1 Caprices are "wallowing fat pigs". A few minutes on a track would change such an opinion![]()

Antonio Wright said:Shiny Lil Detlr, you are quite wrong. The escalades and Navigators are totally marketed towards the urban (young, black, whatever) crowed. Lincoln signed a contract with the rapper Ludacris because in his song "Southren Hospitality" he clearly talked about "lade" and Caddilac's sells increased ALOT.
The 300C is being marketed the same way. Rappers like 50 cent and Chingy had the 300C a whole year before the general public got them. It is not uncommon to see at least 10-20 300c in either "DUB" or "Rides" magazine.
