This last weekend the Wife & kids were out of town and suddenly all hell broke loose on the detailing front. It seemed like every one of my clients wanted their car detailed and it began to snowball into a cleaning chaos. Without any longer having the ability of using my old high volume detail shop to meet this demand I reached out for the very next best option……Call Todd Helme (TH0001) and pull a round the clock detailing fest. When I read off the list of vehicles that were on deck to service I could immediately tell by Todd’s voice that it he wanted to partake in the fun. The next day he traveled down from Orlando to S.Florida (3+hours) to iron out the logistics to get as many cars completed perfectly as possible. We worked both off-site @ my client’s homes and in @ my makeshift mini home detail shop. Gotta say, this was one fun long weekend!!!

Here’s a brief summary of what went on:

Damn!!! Looks like you guys have been staying beyond busy to say the least!

Glad things are going well...

Keep up the great work!

That golf cart had me rolling! Seriously a GOLF CART? At first I thought it was a kids Power Wheel. That's some AWESOME work guys, take some of that $$ and go buy yourselves a few drinks and relax for a few days!

Nice work as always. I felt bad for you for about 30 seconds when I saw the Escalade and pondered just how hot it was that day. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Then I just laughed when I saw the money pics.

How many hours did it take to do those?

Very nice work !!

The black cars are insane..........

Do tell what you use on the Stang..... Saleen???

I was tired just scrolling through the pics..

You took Monday off right?

It was a crazy week-end (for three days and nights, however that is a weekend)...

To answer some general questions, we worked pretty much through the night, with one of us taking a nap here and there, but somebody was always working on a car.

The only cars that didn't get polished to some degree where the Aston Martin (David already had it perfect) and the Range Rover SC (but it could use a polishing).

The 3 Series Bimmer was probably the biggest turn around, it was polished and finished with M105 using the true KBM.

I started prepping the cars on Friday AM, David jumped in around 5 PM and we finished at 1:00 AM Monday morning. It was literally a 72 hour plus marathon, or 144 man hour marathon, minus about 3 hours of sleep per night and drive time.

LSP was Grey Poupon...

David's neighbors were getting mad, at one point there was a couple million dollars of automobiles lined down his street.

The Saleen was a 1 of 100 SC Extreme. I was lucky enough to go for a tire smoking ride across the Venition Causeway in South Beach, crazy power. Polished with M105 Orange, M105 Black, PO85rd Black, and topped with BFWD then Grey Poupon.

Also, I used the trim dressing from Auto Magic, nothing else. David is trying to black mail me with the picture.

We did use a ton of ONR though... As well as some of the new Hyper Compound Spray and Hyper Polish...

Todd, flip flops.....really? I have made the mistake using flip flops while detailing only once. Then again, living in Florida may mean you have a natural tolerance to fiip-flop toe pain. :D

Good job fellas!
