Hi All!
First off, just wanted to say what a great community we have in this forum! Being totally new to proper car washing and detailing, I've definitely learned a tremendous amount from all of you. What a great source of opinions, ideas, information, insights, and laughter we have here at Autopia! :xyxthumbs
After a lot of reading and learning, I decided to attempt a "mini-detail" of my car over the weekend. Products I used in the order used/applied:
CG ONE/EcoGreen Waterless Wash
Klasse AIO
Poorboys Black Hole Glaze
Klasse Sealant (2 layers)
Poorboys Spray and Gloss
303 Trim Protectant
I didn't do a clay bar as the car is very new and the surface felt very smooth without the rough feeling associated with contaminants...I also don't have a PC so couldn't do a proper polish
It was a beautiful morning here in Vancouver so I decided to take some pics before heading into work. Please excuse the sub-par photo-quality, I was rushing and don't have a DSLR (yet) so these were snapped with a simple point-and-shoot. I did the detail over the weekend and the car photo'd as such 2 days later.
Let me know if the pics are too big/annoying and I'll replace them with less-res versions. I value your expert opinions and would like to know if I'm on the right track, so please do share your thoughts, comments, feedback etc.!
Thanks for stopping-by!
