Yet I still had a tough time removing it. I expected it to be an easy wipe off as stated, but instead no matter how long I worked it on my PCXP it was a struggle. Please get back to me on this one, I really want to be happy with this polish.

That is an issue I still have problems with, especially with the flex 3401.

My bottle of HD Uno arrived today via UPS in pristine condition. I look forward to trying it out as soon as time and weather permits. Thanks to the HD folks for allowing me to try it. :)

Also having the exact same problem... I am no longer using HD UNO until I figure out how to use it.. Seems like a good polish just extremely hard to figure out how to use properly.

So I finally got a chance to use my sample, this isn't a full review, hopefully I can get something together soon. I was very pleasantly surprised with this product. First off, it is very easy to use, and very forgiving.

Pros:

-Cuts strong on a cutting pad, possibly a bit less cut than 105, though its hard to tell, I took some measurements and both seemed to tear away at Audi clear decently fast on the rotary.

-Smooth and long working time

-No sling

-Very little dust

Cons

-Fair amount of residue left on paint

I'm not sure why others are saying its hard to remove, it comes off so easy compared to the mess 105 can create. With 105 I was using IPA, not to check my work, but to get all the crap off the paint. In fact, I like the stuff so much, I ordered a 32oz bottle.

What would happen if you went over that area with UNO on a clean polishing pad?

I first Used it with LC Orange Pad and then LC White pad both pads same results... Then followed up with M205 on White pad and gone.

THANK GOODNESS! Now I see that I am not alone... Emailed them to get my money back or maybe it was a bad batch, but they never replied. I am extremely disappointed. It clearly stated easy removal. It cuts and finishes well, but come on... easy to remove! Thats nuts.

Please, someone from 3D help us out? Or give me a refund or something?

I assume your paint looks like the picture of mine how it wont come off.. I like the product I really do its just hard to work with. If they made a second version that wiped off easy I would prob use it over M105 because im not a fan of M105's dust and short working time.

Just need a 3D rep to see this thread...

I Bought a 32oz bottle of hd UNO and what a waste of money. It was horrible. It barely corrected and definitely did not finish down well. It just left a tone of what looked like buffer trails all over the paint. And is EXTREMELY difficult to wipe off.

These guys are using it with a PC.

That's odd that nobody got back to you. What email address did you contact us at?

Also, you can contact our sales reps via phone. Call them at 661-250-2020 M-F 9-5 pst. If you call, ask for Francisco, our resident detailing expert, who can assist you as well.

We will post a step by step procedure with both a Porter Cable and a DeWalt later today.

Video is hard work, lol, this was take three, I was moving a bit fast here because I didn't want to take off more paint. I used a liberal amount of UNO. Point is, it wipes off super easy for me.
