IMHO - I think it would be pretty intersting if you had the elite paint correction guys like Kevin Brown, Ryan Blanchette, RickRack, Todd Helme, Bryan Burnworth(to name just a few) take part in the shootout. These guys not only know how to squeeze every last bit of gloss out of perfected paint, but they've done some pretty impressive product reviews in the past. They'd be able to lend the most credibility for the comparison.

Interesting, yes! If they want to be considered, they should put their name in the hat. We can't drag guys in that are not interested or available. :)

:2thumbs: Lets do it!!!!!!!!

Get the pro's and a also regular guy.

Whats the fun in watching a rocket scientist launch a NERF rocket?

Get a regular "enthusiast" who is just getting the hang of the PC.

If ANYONE can get results, its a well engineered and developed product.

That idea is PERFECT!! I am not only saying that because I can be classified as a novice, but am serious on that!

Plus anyone given the chance of seeing and talking to the pros and them giving you tips is going to be be happy for sure.

I have a few concerns regarding this challenge.

From the first post, it is pretty obvious that the idea is to prove that a certain product is the best. However, if the product truly is the best, it will work perfect on any paint system - Ford, GM, Honda, etc.

To prevent this challenge from turning into a rigged spectacle, here is what I suggest:

Get a few rental cars of differing brands. Then, have the members draw to see which car they will be working on. After that, the judging is up for grabs.

For me it IS the best polish I have ever used. Zero dust, cuts deep and the finish it leaves behind is beautiful. :2thumbs::2thumbs::2thumbs::2thumbs::2thumbs:

^ and it looks like it works which is additionally important.

I agree with Bob though: aesthetics play a role when trying to sell high quality/high end products. As a consumer, I think "if they paid this much attention to the bottle design, what else did the go the extra mile for as well?"
