This thread is getting borderline full of regurgitation and mis-information
But as we all know, a wax cannot contain more than X amount of carnauba because its just too "unworkable" - I will not say "hard" because functionally detailers need things that WORK.

A Carnauba wax is organic, Collinite and Megs #16 are both inorganic (synthetic)
No. ...but other parts and ingredients contained in their mixes are synthetic(which as stated earlier is different from the definition of inorganic).
This probably comes from the ambiguity of the words "synthetic".... silicone oils(that are probably in nearly LITERALLY close to 100% percent of waxes and sealants(OMG NOOOO, not silicone oils - yes.) are the products that along with whatever amount of carnauba, make it usable and workable. If you don't have a solvent, whatever you put in will not stay in solution because remember... we want things that "dislike" water.
We need to remember it is the quality silicones, the carnauba, the oily products that wouldn't otherwise provide protection, and most importantly the solvents in a wax or sealant that actually make them look good, perform well and make them easy to use.
Even as such the carriers are petroleum distillates which contain carbon, thus making them ..... ______
