Next weekend I'm going to be working on the exterior of a 2004 Dark Blue Ford Explorer. I could really use some recommendations as which of these products I should use, the exact order to use them in, the quantity of layers and the curing time between layers. The paint is in pretty good condition with very minor swirling and spider webbing. I will be doing all the work by hand. And keep in mind that this is Arizona - where we haven't had rain in 130 days and it will be 110 degrees in a few months. The Explorer is a daily driver and parked in the sun 5 days a week from 8am - 4pm.
I will start out with Meguiar's GC wash and clay with Mother's, here are the rest of the products I have and would like to stick with:
Menzerna IP
Menzerna FP
Klasse AIO
Klasse SG
S100
NXT - Liquid
Scratch X
Meguiar's #26 (Yellow Wax)
Meguiar's #7 (Glaze)
I will be buffing with a microfiber.
OK - I am ready for any and all recommendations. THANK YOU!
