I'm just wondering if anyone has used it in comparison to OC or Cquartz/aquartz? If so, how did it do?

After polishing do you do an IPA wipedown?
Do you prime the pad at all before using the one spritz per panel?
Does HB seem to live up to it's scratch resistence claims?
gmblack3 said:Yes IPA wipedown always prior to HB.
I spray 2x to start and then 1x after.
I have no personal experience yet with the scratch resistance.
Maybe we can try it on Joey's car.![]()

dfazekas said:But what you don't hear about as much is how darn slick that stuff is. Every time I leave my microfiber towel within arms reach when applying HB, they have a tendency to fall right off the car.
Guitarist302008 said:The question I have is does it stay slick like that?
dfazekas said:Time will tell. Very confident in the wolfs product line though,
so I don't have much reason to doubt. So far everything I've
used from them has worked the way Jesse advertised it would.
Guitarist302008 said:I honestly have not used any Wolf's products, but their name has obviously grown quite a bit and it all seems to be pretty good stuff.
gmblack3 said:I have been using Hard Body for 2 months now. I have used it on at least 12 vehicles. We applied it 50/50 vs opti-coat to Joey's Mazda 5 3 weeks ago. Its too early to tell with these long term sealants/coatings.
With Hard Body you are going to get 25-30 applications out of a $60 bottle. So an easy under $2.50/application.
Hard Body is also going to be the easiest (by far) to apply. Here is a video of how I apply HB using a r/o and black pad:
