Gloss It vs. M105 and Ultrafina: 2step showdown

Great job on the write up. I think most people stick with 105 just because of the fast work time. it could make up for the other polishing steps that can be achieved.

Great Job with the 105

Hello

New to this forum. Looking for some help on using the 105. I seem to get a lot of gumming up while using it with rotary and maroon megs pad @1000-1300rpm. I was spreading at 900-1000 and then speed up but ending up with spots of "gum". In reading some of this thread I might want to try going strait to speed with no slow spreading about. Thanks for any help!

A new thread would probably serve you better than tacking it on the end of this one.

You need to spur the pad after every panel with #105. I'd also suggest either using a wool pad or an yellow 8006 polishing pad instead of the burgandy 7006 pad.
