I recently purchased some nice quality hats which I plan on giving away to my better customers. Here is a pic of the hat. They cost me $11.00 each. I could of got some a few bucks less but as you can see these are all denim and stiched nicely. Gary

Cool Gary ! I did some myself last year, one row, exceldetail.com with different color hats and embroidered stitching. Next round I will add different text, and also add the phone number on the back side. My mother in law is a professional seamstress from the old country, and has a lot of "connections". I think I paid $7.00 per hat, which was her cost. And they were the deap well also, not the little korean size ones......

How many did you buy to get that price? I am seriously considering doing hats/shirts with my business name and my Southpark image of me.

As an FYI- The current trend in hats is an unstructured, low to mid-profile, sandwich visor with a velcro closure. With any type of clothing, you want to mimic retail as closely as possible-retail sets the trends. We're doing a lot of side and back embroidery, as well as some special touches done offshore such as visor embroidery.

Right now, you should be able to buy the hat described above for about $4.75 @ 144 qty. with up to 10,000 stitches.

And if you're going to give away hats as promotions, try this. Put them in your shop with a price sign in front of them (say $15). When you want to give one to someone, go over, pull one off the shelf and hand it to them. It automatically establishes a value of $15.00 to the gift, whereas just pulling one out of a box does not.

These were what i rec'vd. I ordered black, white, red, grey, with different stitch colors to see what I liked the best.....They have the adjustable band in the back which I prefer, as a hat wearer myself.....as oppossed to the velcro which over time will deteriorate....

Also cut me a little slack, ive been wearing it for over a yr now, so its a little "swirled".....
