Although in reality being clearanced out doesn't necessarily mean it is gone for good. It is common for retailers to reduce shelf space for out of season products. Then reset when it is back in season.
Target clearanced Meg's UQW & UQD, along with almost all their car care chemicals and I am pretty sure they will be back with the spring reset.
 
Man, I wish I needed some wax. My local Wally World has it down to $20 as well. They have 4 boxes left. I probably should have picked up at least one anyway, but I really don't need anymore waxes.
