They do this every year so whats up with all the commotion here.
 
So if I order some things now, they won't ship till July 6th? I ask because I am running low on a few things I will really need soon.
 
I'm not sure how long it will take to ship, but the last time I ordered (a few months ago) it took them a little over a week to ship out my products, after I placed an order.

You can't order anything right now, because their shopping cart is down for maintenance. It's been like that for at least a week.

Ok. Thanks. I guess I will have to wait till early july.
 
Their shopping cart is still not operational. Looks to me like something out of the ordinary is going on there...............However I hope not. Gotta wonder how bad the GM & Chrysler bankruptcies got them. Hope they werent holding much in the way of receivables on those two.........
 
I've been wanting to try their products, but I never get a response via e-mail, or by phone. And this is was several months ago.



I ended up ordering from CG's.

Normally I'd agree, but the FK products I use I consider to be un-replaceable by other brands. It's worth the wait.

I just meant if I was the Finish Kare parent company I would find someone else (besides whoever is fk1usa) in the U.S. to distribute their products. I didnt mean to find a substitue for FK products. I'm with you when you say some of their products are "un-replaceable".

Ah, I get ya now.... Hmmm.... maybe I should get in touch w/ Finish Kare... ;)

Yeah Setec, me too! I have an empty spot on my "unused products shelf" ;) Actually I'd like to at least give it a shot on some wheels. I thought I was about to slide an order through until the shopping cart message popped up.
