There seems to be a debate of FedEx ground vs. UPS
I have been doing trafficking (warehouse and shipping manager, so no one gets the wrong idea :naughty ) for over 20 years and I wish to offer some facts
Both FedEx ground and UPS ground have the same shipping times.
Here is an example:
The difference between UPS and FedEx ground is UPS drivers work for UPS, FedEx ground drivers own their routes. That is why a UPS driver takes both air and ground while there are 2 different drivers for FedEx 1 for Express packages and 1 for ground.
Oh, and the rates are EXACTLY the same. It depends on what type of discount each shipper can work out with the carrier.
