Still getting ready for the show in a couple of weeks. Engine pretty much complete now. My hands need a break that's for sure.
I used:
1. Simple Green - Full strength and 50/50 water to clean.
2. Griot's Rubber Cleaner - on the hoses and rubber parts.
3. Wenol and P21S MFR on the exposed (unpolished) metal and anodized parts (I found out you have to be really gentle when cleaning anodized parts as it comes off pretty easily)
4. Eagle One Nvr-dull wadding polish on the polished parts
5. DACP and AIO on the painted surfaces
Getting a good shine from the underside of the hood took the most work as it was both awkward and needed help. I took the battery out along with the coil and a couple of other fender mounted parts and loosened some bolts to get under others.
