*Emergency Bulletin* Autozone Clearance

I've got two more stores left on my list to call, and then I will have contacted every A.Z. in the metro area.



Would anyone who was able to pick up multiple cans of #26 be willing to part with one? My fingers are bleedin' from dialing the phone so much trying to find one around here ;)

P.S. for anyone living in the Tampa Bay area, the 99-cents price applies to all of the other products mentioned in this thread!! Get your $1.06 and buy some stuff before its too late.
 
To everyone *calling* for product availability, this may not be a good method to try. I tried a couple more Autozones last night and didn't see them right away so I asked the clerks and they didn't know what I was talking about, and when I showed them what the can looked like (brought one with me) they still had no idea.



The best way is to actually drive around and look for yourself.
 
Got a can of 26 for 99 cents today!! I was going to pay the full price (didnt know about the deal) then he said it was only 99 cents. I am going to check out the other stores tomorrow!

Actually, you can still call and ask for availability. Just make sure you mention "Hi Tech Yellow Wax" because that's what's on the can. Don't bother asking for the price though, because the price on the shelf will still read 9.99. You just need to find out if they have it and then the sale price will ring up when you bring it up to the register.

Of course, this is from my experiences in Orlando when it was still 4.99. It might be different now that they're in the clearance bin. :p
 
I went online to the autozone site and found out that the meguiar's leather cleaner and the leather conditioner is also on sale for 99 cents.

I was unable to find any of the other items on sale at the store Iwas at yesterday. I plan on going out at lunch to a few others to see what they have.
 
WOW...I actually found a jar of Megs #26 at one of the Autozones I stopped at. :woot:



Its amazing that noone knows that these items are on sale. They are not marked...



You should see the cashiers face when you ring the items up and they are .99 :eek: :eek:
 
Me and my buddies have been to about 5 local Autozone stores and they didn't have crap left.



For those of you who live near the stores that still have #26 left on the shelf, would it be possible for any of you guys to pick them up and ship them out to California? I wanted to get a few, that way it would be worth the shipping cost. :)

How many did you want? I am in Sacramento and am about to check a couple other stores. I already got a couple cans for myself, but was going to clear them out if I could find more. I have to get some things for my car anyways :D

I went to Autozone today and picked up a couple of things. In a post earlier someone stated that the #7 was on sale for .99 at their autozone. It was regular price here, so that must have been a local discount.
 
I stopped in to one of the local stores, #26 was listed for $4.99--the counter was busy, so I didn't get a chance to get a pricecheck...



Any other running list of things confirmed to be as part of this clearance?
 
wait, so this is going on at all autozone? I live in socal and went to quite a few stores and all of them have #26 and everything in stock but the price was still 9.99 on the normal rack, no clearance or anything. if I get ti it will ring up for .99?
 
My AutoZone sucks.



Because they are building a new store in town, they let their inventory dwindle down so they don't have to pack it up and move it.



Fortunately, the new store is only 1.4 miles from my house.
 
Just to confirm the Megs #26 paste is .99 not the liquid. That is $9.99 and its in the cream colored bottle.



The paste is in a black jar.
