David Fermani said:As I mentioned here a few years prior, I don't launder wax/polish/APC towels in the same machines that I wash my clothes in. My children have allergies and every time I've washed contaminated wax/polish towel in there, they either get a rash or residue gets all over their darker colors. Water & wax don't mix too well (even in hot water) and there's always a nasty coating at the top of the washer housing. These waxes/polishes aren't too safe to breath, and I don't think it's good to mix with clothing.
When washing/drying, I wash cotton towels separate from MFs. I don't use MF's on anything other than clean paint. I use cotton towels on everything else.
