I found it to be very strange. I couldn't get one of my orders to go through. I emailed them, and the owner responded saying that the site has some issues with Mac's. He told me to try using a PC if possible. I got on my kids PC, and sure enough, everything worked like a charm.
 
I order some BFW from them and when I got it (Fast Shipping

) the bottle was cracked open I think due to the cold weather and the shipping company throwing it around. I email Detailed Image about it and within 3 days I had a new bottle sit on my door step no questions asked!! Now that's customer service!! Great company and will be doing business with them again!!
 
If you live in the Northeast, it's a MUST to order from these guys! They have great prices, great customer service, and super fast shipping. I now buy all of my products from them, unless I need something that they don't carry(which does happen now and then).

Hey, I've been "back" for awhile, but I haven't seen you around. Where you been hiding?

I'll be honest...I kind of fell off the detailing grid for a while. Just lost my passion to do it. Plus, my business really slows down in the winter (Detailing is just a side business/hobby for me).



The detailing bug has bitten me once again, and things are picking back up. Just picked up a new client with a 20+ car collection, so huge potential there. I detailed a 1989 911 Cab (Original paint) for him a couple of a weeks ago for a show and he was very impressed. That's when he asked me to start on the rest of the cars.



Glad to hear you're doing well, Rob. As far as the S.G.K.F.H....If I'm ever in your neck of the woods, I'm going to request a ride in that thing. :hifive: Take care, buddy.

Figured I would give this a bump. I just had to place a small order and for some reason my computer didn't show one of the items was backordered. I emailed DI and Greg responded very promptly and changed my order around so that I can get what I need and I can just order the backordered item soon. These guys are top notch!
 
Thanks to this thread I also decided to make my first (ever) order of detailing products from DI. Not only did I get what I need, some of the items I needed/wanted were on sale, and it simply made sense to add their weekly/monthly special into my order since I found them useful as well. Shipping was fast, making an account and ordering was absolutely painless, and for all of my future online orders I definitely know where I'll be shopping. Thanks, DI!
 
ordered from DI a few times and every time i get a great price and my order is at my house by front door the next day!!! via fedex cant say enough good things about these guys!!

Can't go wrong with DI and Greg. They've helped me so much with my PC issues. I melted 5 backing plates and they gave me free replacements of the updated versions each time! Also helped when I snapped my PC axle shaft too. All this within and out of warranty :2thumbs:
