Detailed Image

I ordered some pads from them on a thursday 2 weeks ago and when i got home on friday the next day and checked the tracking # it said they were delivered.Well they sure werent delivered to my place as they were not left outside anywere.Luckily for me i have an older lady who lives one floor below me and for some reason she likes to go and get any package that comes and put it at the owners door.

I went down and asked her if she had seen any Fedex trucks and she said no and she was home all day.I email Greg at DI and explain the situation to him and he said he will look into it.Greg emailed me every day on the search for the missing package which i dont think was ever found.He said he would file a claim against Fedex and send me another package.....well i got it today and i wont soon forget the top notch customer service from Greg at DI.I know were im buying all my detailing supplies for now on.....unless they dont carry it.

Just wanted to give Detailed Image some props as well-



I had to place a small order for my Brother and myself for some Meguiars Microfiber pads and some Optiseal as well as several smaller items.



I had the items in my cart at Autogeek but even with the 15% off sale it was rather costly. The shipping alone was going to cost me almost $15.00 dollars.



I had heard good things about Detailed Image and decided to give them a try.

I placed the order Sunday night at 11:00 PM and they arrived at my doorstep Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM!



There was a coupon code for two free ReTHICKulous microfiber towels with the order as well a one regular microfiber towel so that was icing on the cake as the ReTHICKulous towels are really a thick/plush towel.



With their good prices, free items, and super fast shipping they will be getting more of my business in the future.

One of the best vendors I have used..if not the best. Find myself reading their blog and detailing guide all the time. I like how they have hyperlinks to the products they demonstrate. Very convenient.



Living in CT the shipping in lightning quick. Always a plus.
 
I really like DI too, but most of the time I'm lured away by AG as they usually have some special and their free samples sweeten the deal. AG is quickly becoming the Wal-Mart of the industry.
 
+1 also, they're getting all my business for the last month. Besides everything stated already, they ship with FedEx which is a life saver for me, the ability to get packages on Saturdays is often a life saver! Other companies only ship with UPS which does not deliver on Saturdays so I just can't do business with them anymore.

I've done business with them 5 times and I have always been really pleased with their promptness. They carry items that AG doesn't carry, and so for those, DI is my go to store.
