costco microfiber

For the cost I cant find a better mf then the costco ones. They are cheap enough to only use each towel one time and throw it away. Im not comfortable washing any towel and reusing it multiple times so these work out perfect for me. I just went and restocked and the mfs have been changed to much softer and thicker mfs that i really like. If you dont want to use them then dont use them. I own two black cars and they have not scratched them, even when forcing lsp off. If you havent tried them go for it, dont listen to the few people who just dont like them because they are cheap.

All I can say is WOW, and I would love to see your collection! You are the first person I've ever read that has claimed to have "tried them all". Exactly how many towels and from how many sources?

I have a modest collection of about 200 towels, various weaves from 19 sources. Blends of 85/15, 80/20, 75/25, 70/30 and "natural" fiber Autopia CBT and the DFTowel. I'm a long way from trying them all.

Mr. Clean what is your absolute favorite towel.. That may be too broad of a question so Ill narrow it down.

Whats the best towel you have for: windows, removing product, and interior?

racepenut: wow your spending a lot of some towels if you throw them away after each use. Shoot send them to me, ill wash them and reuse them:) Even if you dont reuse them on the paint use them for interior, wheels, and such.. Never waste a MF!!hehe

There is no need for sarcasm.

I'm not claiming to have tried every MF in existence - only the ones I mentioned in my earlier post.

I don't know how many I have. I probably have about 40 from Costco, a slew from Autofiber, Pakshak, Cobra, and a bunch of local vendors. I'd rate the Costco ones well below the Pakshak and Cobra towels in terms of durabilty and initial quality. I'd also rate them well below the Autofiber ones in durability, but they seem about as soft and well made at first. In terms of more locally bought towels (various towels I've bought at Target, Pep Boys, etc), I think the Costco ones are about equal, but they feel a little bit denser than some of the other MFs.

Cut, sorry to make it sound like I throw them away. I do use them for cleaning wheels, and tires. But after i apply or take off polish with them, they are pretty much done once that stuff dries on them.
