This microfiber towel measures 20"x40" and has the primary purpose of drying your vehicle. Its main competitor, the BBT, is 25"x36". Therefore, this towel is 100 sq. inches smaller in surface area overall. The price difference is $13 for this towel, vs. $25 for the BBT. I seem to have paid $20 for them, but the price has been reduced on the website. Honestly, that kinda of bothers me because for what I paid I should have three.
Basically, you can dry your entire vehicle with this one towel, but I purchased two. As Jngrbrdman stated in his review of the smaller version, the towel seems to be made of the same quality as the BBT. I was able to either blot the surface, or pull the towel across and get the area completly dry. The amazing thing about this towel and the BBT is that the water seems to vanish. I'm one of the people who previously used the Absorber towel, wringing it out every panel and having it still streak. After I finished drying the car I tried to wring this towel out, but nothing much came out. I switched to the dry one and scanned the car for any missed spots...there were a few from water running down the seams.
Bottom line: this towel even dries windows faster than a California water blade can. You have to be more careful on the paint with towels, but the results are the same. If the towel is still $13, I would buy two large ones, ias opposed to one BBT for $25. Please, get one of these towels right away!

[Edit]I also just realized that waffle weaves towels, used properly, can also save you time during the after wash QD. Back in my absorber days, I was neccessary to QD after the wash just to remove water spots or very small marks streaks left behind. Now, I do not have to QD unless I feel like giving it some extra smoothless and shine.[/Edit]
