Best combo for Dodge Flame red clearcoat? I know the best results won't be probably from OTC. Paint is about 95%, few scratchomatic carwash / brush scrathces in the clearcoat, light swirling.
I've used #83 and Mothers Synwax so far, but would like to bump it up a notch. I have the PC, megs tan and yellow pads. I'm not sure if the PC or the 83 or the yellow pad is holding me back from getting the scratches and remaining swirls out. You can't feel the scratches but can be seen in a halogen worklight. The scratches are horizontal. Used Clay Magic blue claybar also.
I can't go for the $75 a bottle stuff at this point in time but has to be better than what I've used so far (#83 was 19.99 and the synwax was $9)
I am planning on upgrading to an LC orange and white CCS pads, maybe the UDM if I can squeeze it out $$-wise.
