best car movies??

I swear I saw one of these at Wal-Mart last week for less than $20. Not sure of the brand or anything. I thought about it for a minute, but ultimately decided against it, remembering what you guys always say:

You get what you pay for

Leave it to the experts

I was afraid to buy this thing and try it out on my paint before hearing you guys go on and on about how great it is! :D

So, if this thing turns out to be a pretty solid buffer, I'll go check Wal-Mart again and see if it's the same thing.

Thanks,

Gary

Saw it and was afraid - very very afraid. They had them at Lowes for twenty and change. If somebody comes up with a sure-fire technique for one of these puppies, I could try it out on my old Explorer. Just saw it for the first time in years - an ex-coworker bought if from me. It is in serious need of something. I'm recommending Klasse AIO for this, as I think the owners can handle a one-step. But first I need to get all the crud off the paint - yikes.

I may just get a PC instead. Anybody?

well, this may be a very good deal indeed!

I wonder if we can just buy the ryobi polisher without the creme glaz and everything...

ok here's Terry's reply to my email regarding buying Ryobi seperately and the difference between buffer and polisher:

"the Ryobi buffer is not available separately. It is also a

buffer, not a polisher. It is designed to buff off residues not "polish" or apply products. Yes, you could wipe either Klasse or BLACKFIRE on by hand and use the Ryobi buffer to buff off the residue."

I just happened to find myself in Wal-Mart this weekend (erm...yay?), so I checked their buffer out. It was *NOT* a Ryobi..
