The degreaser too. I remember staining my paint with degreaser(oil eater) back in the day.

I dont mean to bump an old thread but I was going through the click and brag section to find some really dramatic corrections. Barry, let me say that I consider you and a few others on the forums living legends on this site and in this business. This thread really illustrates why. As someone who is still an amateur detailing family and friend's cars, this thread inspires me to try some new things(wetsanding to level for instance) and expand my skill set. Your attention to detail not only with the job but the documentation of it is a gift to us all.

With so many kind words in the above statement, I'm not sure how to reply. It is Autopia.org that has paved the way for my detailing career. This community has an incredible amount of people who share the same passion that I do. In my eyes there is nothing more exciting then giving a car a new look on life. This detail was just that. I know I don't come around as much as I should, but my time is limited these days. Autopia has been a major factor in creating what I am very fortunate to have today. Its comments like this that keep my passion growing. Hopefully soon, you begin to see a lot more of me posting and sharing the knowledge and insight I have learned from others over my career. Thank you for the compliments. It means a lot to me! :biggrin1:
