Beer Time

You must have quite a beer collection ;) I usually drink Heineken, Grolsch or Jupiler. Also have a few different Belgium beers in the fridge, like Hertog Jan. Almost only drink beer in the weekends though, but then I usually drink too much of it :D

I do alot of trading and buying on-line. I have close to 150-200 new brew's in line at just about any time.

Tonight an awesome brew, Southern Tier, JAH-VA Imperial Coffee Stout, 22oz. Bomber, 12% ABV, very big on flavor, alcohol hidden very well. Highly Recommended.

I love trying new beers. The local liquor store, Julios has a ton of new beers. If I am feeling adverterious, I go by a cook looking label. Sam Adams, Hooker (CT Brewery), Long Trail are all favs. Had seom summer Sam Adams tonight. yummy

I'm having a few Tuckerman Pale Ale's. I liked the Red Hook Long Hammer pales better last week.

John, I am thinking of brewing again this fall. I know I never sent you some. I got a little freaked about mailing beer(never done it before). I'll keep you posted if I brew some more.

Steve,

If you need to know how to ship beer let me know. It's very simple, really.

Well for this past weekend detail at Coupe's I brought a piggy keg from the local microbrewery (2.5 gallons approx.) filled with their Wall St. Wheat, it's got a good bit of citrus in it and the wheat is strong, reminds you of Blue Moon except it's a bit more filtered.

I'll probably pick up some Spaten Optimator later this week.

Tonight having a Southern Tier Big Red Imperial Red, it's an Imperial Amber (my first). It's hoppy, malty, good dose of caramel, clocks in at 9.5% ABV, 22oz. Bomber. I like this one, very tasty, quite different from an Amber Ale.

Tonight another Southern Tier and my last of the bunch, Backburner Barleywine, 22oz. Bomber, 10% ABV, hoppy, malty with a nice touch of caramel. A very nice sipper.
