Tonight another Okie brew, Pete's Place Choc Beer, not too bad.

I almost stopped into Pete's Place a few months back when I was in McAlester, OK on business. But I felt like eating a steak, so I stopped into Bragnus Feedlot instead and had a few Boulevard Amber Ales. It's from Kansas City IIRC. Very good ale! The food was good too, except the portions are so large I barely ate half.

Never did try the Choc...

Tommyknocker - Maple Nut Brown Ale: pretty good...nice maple/caramel flavor

Shipyard - Pumkinhead: was ok nothing special, heard Dogfish Head version is better

Bell's - Kalamzoo Stout: excellent beer, great taste. Have a couple more from this brewery can't wait to try

Right now:

Dogfish Head - Raison D'Etre, another great brew from DFH. Very unique taste :bigups , got a nice little alcohol kick to it but in a good way, blends right with the taste....can DFH do no wrong? don't think so lol

Another brew tonight, Goose Island Matilda, this is the 2006 Vintage, very very tasty. If you can get your hands on some, do it.

My Florida brew tonight lol:

Native Lager :xyxthumbs the reviews were right, among the best if not the best light lager type beer. Tasty and very smooth, this is pry gonna be my go to for just regular drinking and kicking back....I need to go find me a hammock and crack open another one lol.

My second brew for the night, another Florida Beer Company brew, Hurrican Reef Raspberry Wheat Ale, I like this one, nice taste.
