I have been looking for a new water based tire “gloss that I could use on customer cars. One of the ones that I am trying out right now is autoint’s Rubber Protector. I used it last night on the Saturn, it went on good and it is white like Z16. At first I thought it was going to have to much gloss for me, it was really shiny. When I went back out to the garage today I was dried to a nice black with a satin shine. I liked the look a lot! I am not sure how long it took to dry to look like that? Probably more than a few hours, which is not what I want. I need something that drys fast! Anyhow I reached down an felt the tire, it was nice and smooth and felt clean. I then looked at my hand, it was dry and clean as well. I was impressed. It makes the tire look really black and new. I love the look.
Now for the bad news, The smallest amount that you can order is 6) 32oz bottles. Ya so that is 6-32oz bottles for around $38. If you look at the costs of a lot of the tire dressings I have tried and use that is on the cheap side still.
