Just finished yesterday, a longtime client picked up this pre-owned Rapide that was not well maintained so I was brought in to get the vehicle back into "As-new" condition. Daniel from Car Connoisseur was up this week to help me with some major correction details.

Vehicle before the wash/decon steps were carried out.

Bob/Daniel,

Another nice job done and that guys spead aint to bad either!

Always enjoy your posts and commentary.

Happy New Year.

Pretty amazing transformation! :bow

And those wheels...apparently whoever designed (and approved them for production) didn't take into account someone would have to clean them. :wall

Nice work guys, paint looks awesome. I haven't seen a Rapide yet, is the paint as defective as the rest of the Aston's? I find more sanding scratches in Aston's than even F-cars.

Depends John,

Sometimes the guys on the finishing line are really on or they are really off.

I've corrected about 15 Rapides and some have been about average in terms of the usual paint defects found in an Aston and some have been total basket cases. The extra surface area just makes it that much worse.
