Hello......as 2wheelsx2 pointed out I was speaking of waxes in general. Polymers, as you both noted, require a bit more bonding time. :)

You have to notice that he works for a car dealership. Its common knowledge that anything your told at a dealership is absolute crap.:rolleyes:



I think the only useful and true info there is no. 3 "Apply wax in the shade while the panels are cool." Thats true for most waxes although there are a few exceptions I'm sure. He was on to something with the QD comment until he drifted off into cherry land.



And since when did ArmourAll grow legs and start jumping?:confused:

Yep I know, that's why I said "stuff" and not "wax". Didn't mean you to think I was disagreeing with you, your post is 100% correct.
 
Don't talk about my internet that way! I created it!!! It too lives and brethes and suffers from wax build up!! Just like my oranges apples and bananas!

He actually contradicts himself. On one hand he says that waxing your car seals it so that it can't "breathe" which I assume means oxygen doesn't get to the paint. Then on the other hand he says that wax causes oxidation, which would mean oxygen is getting to the paint.
