Hello,
Just picked up a 7424. Car is a 99 Corvette in Sebring Silver. Always used Zaino products by hands, first time getting into the buffing world. Car's finish is great, recently washed and clay-barred the entire car so it's as smooth as a you know what. Anyways, car has some minor swirls left and fine scratches that are untouchable by hand. I went over the entire car by hand with ZPC fusion and got great results expect for some very fine scratches that you can only see in correct lighting and a fine line left over from some glue where body side moldings used to be that I removed. I would like to use something that can cut a bit to remove these fine scratches and such. The ZPC on an orange pad aren't doing anything for me. After reading I was thinking about trying some Meguiars #205 next to see if this could remove my fine scratches, and if not try and dip down into the #105 although I'm unsure if that would be too much. I have a few orange pads, white, and black. I currently have all Zaino products, but am down to try whatever you guys may suggest. I tried to take some pics, but the scratches will not really show up, I am not too great with the camera... Here is my car we are working with. Give me your thoughts on what I should try out! Also, if you could compare them to the ZPC fusion I'd appreciate it so I have something to go off by.
Pics where I tried to catch the fine scratches in the light....
