Meguiars #26 and #9 Swirl Remover which actually work good on my car. Today was sunny so i took the car to work and during lunch, i went to check it out and the car is so much shinier, darker with these two products combined. I ordered Klasse and am waiting for it to arrive.
I did wash the car first with Gold Class(not a bad car wash), dried the car and made sure paint was clean and smooth and it was, then used #9 first, then #26 wax. Maybe its the lacquer paint. I'll go try a terrycloth applicator and see how that does.
There's not a lot of oxidation except for the bumpers and that spoiler. so I used a mild abrasive for them. when I apply the wax with the foam, it actually glides on easily with the first few strokes then after that it feels like i have to put more pressure to get the wax on the paint.
Is the wax supposed to be warm before you use it? Do you store it cold when not using it?
oh yeah, the GN IS a fast car. It doesn't take a lot of money to make it fast either. Go to gnttype.org and you'll find all the info on those cars.
