gas hitting $4/gal here

We are at 1.34 a litre here in the great white north. That's about 5.07 a US gallon. Our money is at the same rate as yours right now. So ouch...

It's definitely getting there. Paid 3.85 a gal for midgrade the other day in the truck, and at a measly 20mpg it's getting to be a noticeable hit in the wallet.

It is around $3.83 here.

The price is high in part due to the middle east where wishful thinking people are hoping for a oil price hike. If someone decides to attack Iran, I bet the price will jump dramatically if Iran can block the Strait of Hormuz. Of course, it will take a $1 Trillion to get it all squared away again minimum.

I had to fill up last week it was 45 bucks..... I'm glad I will last 1000 miles:inspector:

Up here in NW Mn it was up to $4.09 for 87 but it actually went down in the last week to $3.99 at one station and $3.94 across the street. Camaro took $60 to fill the last tank but I am happy that as much as I am on the go pedal I can get well over 400 mi out of the tank. Having fun and not bad gas mileage what could be better, beside cheaper gas of course!

The ground is charging much more than it used to for crude thus the reason for the increase. Oil companies have publicly stated that they're not making any more money on it it's just the cost to bring it to the pump...:lol2:
