Not so amazing for me. I feel that I've given it a fair shake but I am just simply not wowed. I've been using it 1:1 which is stronger than my usual 1:4 for APCs on tires and wheel wells. I tried it again tonight on my personal truck tires. I went over them twice and still had some sidewall browning. I finally sprayed them down with PB's PnB, scrubbed, rinsed and called it a night as I was really pressed for time. These tires are relatively new BFGoodrich Long Trail T/As with only @18k+ miles. They weren't really that dirty other than the fronts which had Ford truck brake dust. But they had been previously cleaned about a month ago and treated with BnB at that time also.
IMO cleaners are not really judged subjectively like a wax sealant where the appearance qualities or the durability is open for debate. A cleaner either cleans or it doesn't. ARO does clean, but not amazingly well.
I picked my bottle up at a local marine supply store and the employee that helped me indicated that he got very positive responses back on boat owners who use it on their decks and canopies cleaning off spider residues. Perhaps it just isn't well suited for rubber???
