Finally! I have a shop!

Garry Dean

Garry Dean Quality!
I have been negotiating with the owner of a business complex for a while now and finally about a month ago we came to an agreement! I have been working to get the new place set up on and off for a few weeks and it is really shaping up! I have been extremely busy for months and have had an increased demand for a facility that my clients can drop their vehicle off at for me to detail. I will still be mobile, but now I have my own shop. I'm so excited!

Congrats....Maybe you can ad some services (Window Repair/Tint, Stereo Installation, Dent Repair...)
I wish you the best of luck and may God be with you.:bigups

It makes life so much easier. It's probably the best move you could have made for your business. Best of luck!

Don't forget the lifts and all other items to assist you.

It's a great time now as most leases are low and as long as you can bring them in, you'll do really well.

Make sure it's spotless and stays that way to show your customers you care. A clean shop with correct lighting, flooring, lifts etc can bring word of mouth to you as well.

I shut down my shop years ago due to high overhead and because every person that had a PC and Meguiars in the back of a car called themselves "detailers" (some are very talented) which undercut everyones price. No overhead, insurance, payroll etc is what drove many of us to close.

You HAVE to show the area not only your ability, but how well the shop looks, any high-tech devices, personal attention, and very well marketed advertising will bring them in even in this economy.

People want to hold on to cars longer, and you want to help those wishing to make them look better for not a whole lot of cash. You could be the next Earl Schibe.

Good luck!!:bigups
