pretty nasty to start with
3k miles on the ticker but it`s literally a farm truck and drives 100 miles or more a day

lots of bugs all over

poorboys bug squash and bug mesh towel did some work here

washed and clayed

ended up going with 3d aat finishing polish and either a urotech maroon pad ir urofiber pad on my duetto, lhr21, mini, and nano

started with essence then went to lunch
side note, the owner is my father...we were eating lunch and he mentioned how he looked forward to seeing his denali on facebook and wanted to drive one of my rolling mirrors, so right then I decided to give him some perfect paint

so i say i started with essence, did half the vehicle, but there was a little bit of deeper stuff left that I decided to chase and of the small selection of products i brought, 3d aat finishing polish dialed in perfectly and since it cut deeper, the extra gloss that essence may have left didn`t look as good as the nesr perfect paint

applied 3 times about 2 hours apart
next day I came back and covered the vehicle with Presto

PA diver on glass

no dressings as its literally a farm truck, hes a cotton farmer...but he did say afterwards that he`ll just drive it out there and swap into a truck to keep his denali from getting really dirty
i did scrub the tires with pb apc 1:4 and tuff shine brush

oh and is it just me or is this not one beautiful color?!
 
That color is so good. I looked at a similar color on Acura TLs when I was car shopping a couple years ago. That flake looks great too!

the owner was very happy and booked me for his black farm truck whenever I can make time to come back down

I left him with all the mitts and drying towels and micros I used on his vehicle and he knows not to go through the places with brushes

funny enough: he said he has a RO tank at his farm.. and he says he lets his guys wash their vehicles (his work trucks) when they don`t have much to do...so I gave him some RW and bug squash too

washing your entire vehicle with RO water, lol man that`d be nice

RO is not as good as distilled, right...but I presume it`s ok for him to be doing that
 
RO water is still going to be worlds better than hard well water he likely has on the farm... My city water here in CS spots worse than my parents well water in Austin. My sprinklers are a nightmare.

same thing on the sprinklers at my moms place where I stayed when I was out of town..one night I parked my car just barely far enough up the driveway to miss them! totally forgot they come on at 6am

west texas city water is pretty bad
 
I actually have yet to use it

the water at my house goes through my water softener and its perfectly fine on my vehicles
