Picture above reminds me of "Merlin pictures go here" with photos of the palm trees reflected in detailed-to-Autopian (Merlin)-perfection vehicles. Those palm trees may be the only standing vegetation left standing in many areas after the hurricane passes through. That`s not-so-funny.
My mind and experience goes back to Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana and Mississippi. ALOT of vintage and expensive one-of-a-kind vehicles were lost in that storm. Cannot imagine what this storm will do to the very large boat and yacht contingency docked and moored along the Eastern Florida coast, let alone vehicles of all kinds in this area affected by Hurricane Matthew.
I know we make light of local sever weather situations by saying "I`d never live in Wisconsin because it`s -20°F and wind chills are -40° and all the snow every year. Who would be crazy/dumb/stupid (take your pick) enough to do that?"
We say "Who builds and lives on a sandy sea coast that is subject to hurricanes that you have to rebuild every 10 years and loose everything that you have? Who would be (fill in the blank with your choice word) enough to do that?" No matter where you live, you have positives and negatives weather-wise to live with. It`s like "pick your poison"
