2016/17 NFL thread

Got chili in the crock pot, football on all day.....I`m so jacked up for this game tonight. Only thing we`re missing is the fall temps.

Whew, intense first half. Sam has looked pretty damn good in spite of our AWFUL O-line. God bless our D.....it is legit

I think Mike McCarthy is on the verge of losing this team. It`s been in progress for a while. Our vaunted offense has been in a state of disaster for a year now. Jordy is back, so it`s not that. Rodgers is trying too hard, receivers can`t get open, opposing defense`s seem to know what we`re doing before we do it, etc. There`s a growing disconnect between the coach and this team.

Heck of a job by Bradford and Zimmer tonight.
 
Finally got to sit down on couch. Walked into a good game at least (started watching in 4th qtr)

Dak looked good again! I think he starting to settle in. Last time the Cowboys started a rookie weeks 1 and 2 it was Troy Aikman (I know that is a stupid stat) hope it is a good omen for Dak though!

Close game, I am happily surprised the offense didn`t go 3-and-out to give the ball back to Carr to go tie the game in the last 2 minutes. Also, they`re actually 3rd since they`re the only team with a division loss in NFC South but I won`t let that keep me down, the season is still young :D

That was a great performance (for the most part) by Bradford and a close game.

Until Big Ben gets hurt.....then the wheels will come off. Their defense looks better though. The drafting the last few years has given them some youth that fly around the field again. You would think they would have an heir-apparent at QB by now.
