Zaino, wanting to try it out!

Rob, you will be very pleased when it is time to get some more CS.:grinno: I didn't have a problem with the initial CS but I did note less slickness than the Z2/Z5, Z6 and Z8 slickness that has been spoiling us for years. The initial CS seems to become slicker, from my experience, after complete curing and the first wash. :nixweiss

The tweaked version starts off slick and remains so.:bow

I've had my bottle of CS for about four and a half months. I assume it's the old(er) formula. When was the tweaked formula made available? My CS does become a little less grabby after curing, but I wouldn't call it 'slick'.

How are the tweaked CS looks? Are they more comparable to Z8? I know you can put CS over cured Z8, but it would be nice to get optimal looks after a coat of CS.

It'll take me some time to go through my bottle of CS, but I would be interested in the updated version when I need more.

TIA

Hi Rob,

My approximation is that the latest up-date came out unannounced in late August or 1st week of September.

The newer version is slick immediately after drying, wetter appearing (though CS-1 was no slouch), zero-streaking and dries (clears) more rapidly. Sal noted that many desire a "change" in appearance when topping their finishes and he has accomplished this task with out diverting from his clarity and protection standards. There is a noticeable enhancement in gloss.

Will all vehicles produced these subtle visual changes? As usually it depends on the color, paint quality and most of all the canvas in which CS is painted on - Prep.:xyxthumbs

Damn, if there's an updated CS I should of waited. But it's all good, CS gives me a "sharper" look to it :)
