Zaino reflectivity....about to use Klasse

Good post William. You're right about the Klasse SG going on thin. That stuff goes on so thin, it's hard to notice even on black paint! You almost have to buff it out 'blind'......carefully making sure you do each section in an orderly manner one panel at a time to make sure you do not miss any areas. The results are definitely worth it though!

puterbum, LOL funny signature!

W420, I ended up removing BF after experimenting with SG on top of BPP. Went back to Klasse on the car I did the BF test on.

I was the opposite: my SG experience prepared me for thin coats of Z.

<strong class='bbc'>... c'mon admit you can't keep your hands off of your car and the other products are just burnin' a hole in your shelf. Your dreaming about detailing aren't you... [/b]</blockquote>:D well that's me, I'm waiting on my Klasse order to arrive ... a comment on BFPP that I have on both cars: Last week I hardly had any time to clean the windows on any of the cars, it rained twice over them, another one stayed parked under a tree for 2 days, finally yesterday I had time to do a quick wash, I was pleasantly surprised today when I left from work, my car looks fantastic, shine is holding up great, slicknes is a different story ....

Interm - Yup like you said, it looks like I'm barely putting anything on the paint (I do know it's on), so I'm not really buffing much off; therefore, I didn't experience that "SG PITA TO REMOVE" a lot of people are reporting. But then, I tried it on a light color car so I'll be trying it on a black car soon and see what happens.

Likecars, I'm just wondering, why did you go back to Klasse?

I think that you were pressing a little too hard when removing the SG.

I still love zaino but am just itching to do something! Who knows what . . . I'll probably still blitz 1/2 my hood + 1 front fender next wash to see how that looks.

I originally thought that Z looked very plastic also, but when my son's car was repaired, the new paint on the side looked exactly like the Zaino'd side! I have since Z'd my bimmer after having been Klassed and with various toppers. It looks different for sure, but I think that I have grown to like the look very much. It's nice to have a variety of excellent products to vary the look from time to time if that's what you are into.....

I've been Zainoing for quite a while, but this makes me wonder... why Zaino at all?

[/b]</blockquote>To protect that high gloss from environmental deterioration and prevent marring of the finish during detailing. Plus all Zaino products smell so good ( except Z1 ):)

That is all well and good but I have enough problems with people wanting to touch the paint because they think its still wet, but now you have a bigger problem... kids wanting to lick your car. :D
