My PC goes to 7...
For those doubters, it can be done. I have the back half of my truck blackfired, and the front half Zaino'd. As an experiment, I put a couple of coats of Z5/ZFX on half of the tailgate last week (this was over 3 layers of BF paint protectant). Several days later, I followed it up with another coat of Z5 (no ZFX).
After washing with Z7 last night, there was a marked difference in the way the water acted on the 2 halves of the tailgate. The BF half sheeted, and the BF/Z5 half beaded (like the Z'd front half of the truck). I'm interpreting this to mean that the Z5 bonded to the BF. How well, I don't know. It will be interesting to watch it over time to see if it keeps beading. I can't say that I noticed any difference in the dust attraction though (which is really what I'm after). Sorry, no pics either. If I get a pic this weekend, I'll post it.
