I have some red cap pink Z2. If you would like some to test, let me know. I will ship it to you.

Obviously, you know your Zaino and have used it awhile. Not many remember the orange/pinkish/tan formulation of Z2. :xyxthumbs

I have the red cap pink Z2 (still a lot left). I believe this is the version prior to the version that was out just before Z2Pro...did that make sense ? ....2 versions ago. :p

Can you confirm ? I'm just curious.

Thanks,

Scott

hey THANKS for the offer, its not really worth the expense and hassle for you to ship to me here in uk

if you do speak with sal, let me know what he thinks about it , maybe i should mail him the suspect bottle ,i would if it got a genuine response

I think you did get a genuine response. There's only so much you can determine/discuss through an email.

Did you ever try removing the excess with a damp towel? Did you give it a healthy car wash?

I thought your ZFX was bad?

You're all over the map...talking about bad ZFX, then talking about applying with ZFX, then talking about Z1, etc.

So explain exactly what you did last time you had a problem. Your prep work, your application steps, when the problem occured, what you did to try to remedy the problem, etc.

okay heres the story of my bad zaino exp

spring arrived and i wash and clay my car(had many layers of orange/tan z2 from last year)

i mixed and applied z2 with zfx ...with freshly purchased product, this was the fisrt time i had the hard time taking it off

i then figured maybe the zfx wasnt to my liking, so i try plain z2 over z8....same again

out of intrest i dawned and clayed one panel and applied z1 and z2 and got the same hard removal problems

some time after this...i noticed the zfx had gone off in the container!! sinse then ive not used zaino, but still have it stored inside

i tried a mf misted with z8 and then tried misting over the panel and wiping it off..i cant say it wiped off, more like scrubing at small sections at a time and after id done i went around again with z8 to get the bits i had missed

to be honest i dont use zainos wash....never had an issue before

i kept at it until id removed all the product with mf and z8, after the next wash there was a few traces of z2 that id missed which scrubed off with a mf and z8

So you were piling product on top of product trying to remove it...

Oddly enough, that works with Acrylic Jett. :nixweiss

Seems to me that he has either a bad bottle of Z2 or ZFX if he has used older versions in the past with no problems.

I know both the ZFX'ed Z2 Pro I used and the non ZFX'ed Z5 were both very easy to apply and remove. I can't imagine either being difficult to use unless it was applied extremely thick or there was a problem with the actual product.
