3) Dawn wash

4) EFX/Z2 pro X3 +Z2 pro (24 hrs) + Z2 pro (24 hrs) + ZFX/Z2 pro X3

Total 8 layers. Z6 between coating.

You could go to my Yahoo photo album for comparsion between 4 vs. 8 layers.

The 4 layers pics were taking around 11 am and around 4:30pm.

The 8 layers pics were all taking around 7 am.

All the above pics were taken with one thing in mind. Get the most REFLECTION as much as I can. Won't comment on my side yet. Feel free to post your opinion. I know it is hard to judge by pics without seeing the real thing (specially the owner myself is keeping the lip shut ).

If you look at the index of album, you will find the repaint process of the car 5 months ago. It could be your guide line. It was in the paint booth drying.

Can you see the difference?

Opass .. which panels/sides are we comparing?

I am bad. Didn't regenerate the same angle with the similiar time frame for fair comparsion. The weather didn't cooporate as well. Just pay attention the paint's reflection image. The clearity of the object's shape....etc.

Opass .. I keep getting error messages when I click your link

Sorry about that. The above should work now.

It really is almost impossible to see in any real discernible differences. I tried comparing IMG_5872,IMG_5752 and do see some subtle difference [slightly darker in the 8 coats] but from pictures there really is no way to tell whether it is a result of different lighting conditions, different locations or any number of other factors.

It is good though that you are using a digital camera and not manually adjusting any of the settings to enhance the pictures.
