Zaino application: Use Z-6 immediately before 2nd coat?

I just Zaino'd my son's Silver Accord. Did Z1 and Z2. Can I use Z6 tonight and then use Z2 tomorrow or should I wait until tomorrow for the Z6 and then Z2 immediately after? BTW the first coat looks pretty good. A little easier to use than Klasse mostly due to its ease of removal. Paint prep is a little more important because there is no polish like AIO.

I think you can do either.

I, personally, would do the Z6 right before you Z2, so you can be sure that you get all of the dust off.

I agree with doing the QD right before applying a coat to ensure that nothing is on your paint that might get caught in your applicator and cause a scratch.

Ideally you would spray Z-6 before and after each coat but some people worry that spraying Z-6 right after will interefere with the curing process. Me personaly, I wait a few hours after putting on a coat just to be safe. Then I spray with Z-6. I find that the paint gets a bit slicker this way and also Z-6's antistatic properties are pretty noticeable. My zaino'd car is black and there's not that much dust on it after a whole week of driving.
