It does, I think I'm just used to seeing more product on the paint, like Optimum Polish or something. It almostm akes me nervous to be running the PC across the paint if I cant see product

I've never had 'dry buffing' issues with ZAIO. If you're concerned, give each panel a quick mist of Z6 before buffing for some added lube.

I found that it spread very well with a Megs yellow pad.

yea..I did half my hood with it on a megs yellow pad, went on well...though I don't know if it did any correcting.

I used ZAIO on a blue SFX-3 finishing pad primed with Z6 running the PC on 5. My armspeed was faster than laying down a polish like ZPC. I did my whole car using the PC and then buffed off the residue using a MF bonnet primed with Z6. My car was only 7 months old. I usually wash it once a week. But I got out lot of road grime of the car and the SFX-3 pad showed it. It's amazing how much subsurface contaminants can accumulate in a short amount of time.

I tried ZAIO with a PC and a white pad on the hood and top of my black car. I too felt that I was wasting product that had absorbed into the pad. So I ordered one of those WEN cordless orbital polishers and a 4" CCS white & pblue pad that I'll dedicate to ZAIO. With only a 4" pad it should absorb less and the CCS foam should also prevent absorbtion. The WEN should allow for quick application (compared to by hand) and still have the manuverability to get into tight spots like door jambs.

So you spent $50 on a polisher and pads to save on a product that at the most will cost you $1.75 an application? Personally I will just use my PC and a white LC pad.
