How did I miss it? I've check PBMG's sites every single day except when I've been on vacation with limited internet access.

I could handle a much larger free shipping minimum with that kind of discount.

I like when you have to do reviews and the best reviews by members get stuff. At least then you have to work for a potential prize, and not just sign a thread. So that's fun. :)

Maybe tier it if you spend 50-75, 15% off

I also like flat rate shipping, not some goofy number either the last one was like 7.67, like 5.00 flat rate.
 
The Big Kahuna contest is pretty cool.

sales like 20% off and a lower free shipping like $50 is nice. I say a low dollar shipping amount because I don't spend that much and when you have a sale and the free shipping is $150 I usually pass because there just isn't that much I need to justify spending to get the discount and free shipping. When the times I only need 1 item I would rather find it locally then spend a considerable amount on shipping. If shipping was free at a minimum of $50 and I am in need of 1 item I can usually find another that I could use to make it to the lower dollar amount.

I thought the code hunt was neat but it doesn't help when I sat down at around 6:00pm checked my emails and was surfing a few other sites and at around 6:30pm, just about the time I was headed to the forums here, I get a new message notification about the contest. So instead of checking out the forums first I head to the Blackfire site and search for over 5 minutes closer to 10 and I gave up. At that point I figured I had better check out the forums and low and behold codes were all found. Then to find out if I would have found one I wouldn't have known what to do with it. I would have assumed you would have had to have place and order asap just to use the code before someone else would. there should have been somewhere to enter the code for a certificate or an electronic coupon or something. Instead of all 10, or how many it ever was, should have been spread out over a few days and different times of the day. Some of us enjoy this site but aren't retired and have to work for a living so we can't get on during the day, or evening for night shift workers.

Thanks for the contests and promotions. I have used them in the past and look forward to them in the future when I need items.

I may be a little high on my percentage... ;)

But I do remember a true 20-25% off with ZERO limitations and free shipping over $99.

Seriously tho. The ones where you just have to reply aren't so fun. Giveaways requiring interaction are way cooler. Even if it's something like posting a link to your favorite wash mitt for example. Or posting a pic of your favorite PBMG product in action.

Big discount and/or free shipping on one specific brand, rotate this periodically. This prompts us to try a brand we might not otherwise - gets us to at least look.
I'm not sure I've seen this here, but on other sites.

Loved the feedback and what I am thinking is when we do this again maybe just make it exclusive to the forum members only. This way the biggest supporters of Autopia receive the rewards!

We have tried the tier thing before and I am open to doing it again, maybe this weekend...
 
My biggest problem when I try to order here is the shipping. To be honest, it makes me want to stick to brands I can get with Amazon Prime. There is a free shipping coupon but you need $95 and I don't always need that much stuff at once. Plus then you can't use a discount coupon because you can only use one.

So I would like to either have a smaller free shipping level *or* a coupon that combines free shipping and a discount of some kind.

The "all the stuff you can cram in a bucket" idea sounds fun too, but I'm not sure how the customer is supposed to know when the bucket is full.

I like the facebook giveaway. & the big kahuna giveaway too. Something like that. Maybe weekly giveaways? Something small? Flex polisher? Rupes 21? Just asking. Lol.
