Jon, I recall doing that "quick fix" for a guy here, since he was not employed and his "shake and bake" deal was under too much of a "watchful eye"of the local police.
Nice guy, however a bit "shall we say, weird" in the way he acted?
Of course all the cash had a strange odor to it.
