Whats an esky? Is that a slang term for those big ugly things? I chuckle alittle everytime I see them.. Then I throw up in my mouth alittle.. :faint:

Practicality isn't a necessity of modding but you can't deny that a vehicle whose point is utility, when stripped of utility, is then made pointless. Abstractly though, it serves as your mark on the world, an otherwise existential but necessary part of your identity. (Yea, I use to think a lot about this stuff when reading Beckett.) As a [somewhat] show of good faith, I've dropped my car, swapped the head unit, and even changed out my antenna so yea, I totally understand modding for the hell of it.
My secondary point is just that different people like different things, just as different people dislike different things and I hate the look of large wheels on any vehicle.
And then my first point: you can tell something about what he or she chooses to show the world. If someone puts a lot of money into a car, he or she is bound to feel a little possessive about the car. Someone puts two foot wheels on a car, probably wants to be seen. Judging (something I really shoulnd't do anyway) from my personal experience which is in no way enough for a global generalization that guy wasn't gonna be a good guy from the start. <- [my attempt to stay on topic]

Not everyone needs an SUV for the ability to get large amounts of groceries, tow a trailer, or go offroading. Some people happen to just like the way they look and the utility comes second... making modifications that undermine that utility not a concern.
I might be in the minority here, but I NEVER give business to people who leave cards or fliers in my car. It really ticks me off to get in my car, look out, and see litter placed under my windshield wiper.

Dylan - Nice truck! Those are Eagle 026s aren't they? What kind of exhaust did you have on it? I drive an 02 Sivlerado with BBS 18s thats about to get a Radix so that truck is right up my alley.

I had JBA ceramic coated headers, and custom mandrel bent true duals, w/ dual single in single out flowmaster 40 series mufflers. The whole thing was dumped just behind the rear axle.
The guy who bought that truck from me finished what I was intending to do... he put a IC'd Radix on it... so I was happy to see it went the direction I had intended it to go. I did just find out last week though that he's pulled the radix off and has it up for sale.

With respect I have to go with Zoran C,not saying he responded well but if you had not mentioned the flaws and he called you you could have politley done a 50/50 demo for him now those kind of results can not be argued with sorry.
