Yet another Rant!

Last week I placed an order with Autogeek because they were the only ones that had Leatherique. So in order to save on sh ipping I orderd everything else I needed from them. Well I was suposed to receive the package today and it didn't come :( I just had the chance to track the package and got this message:

THE PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. UPS WILL NOTIFY THE SENDER WITH THE DETAILS!

I am more than sure that autogeek will make good on the issue as I have seen in the past with other people here on the forums. However in a 2 week period I think that including this tread I beleive I have heard of 2 or 3 other people complaining about autogeek orders not being deliverd due to damges or arriving damaged.

I think its time to switch shipping companies!

Sorry for the rant... but I was really looking foward to playing with all the new stuff I got!
 
All shipping companies damage packages. 2-3 out of 1000's and 1000's is to be expected. This is what insurance is for.

Sorry it happened to you. This stuff happens.

At least it was something minor and you still have Detail City. :bigups
 
Thanks Dwayne ... I agree its nothing that autogeek could have prevented .....I was just looking foward to all of my new toys to arrive!!

You always seem to make people look to the brighter side of things! ....Im sure waiting the extra time for the products will be well worth the added shine I will have in the end!
